About
Serendipity was founded in January 2023 by Dimitri Tsygalnitzky with the aim of helping start-ups and medium-sized European companies to grow their business sustainably, while strengthening engagement and collaboration within their teams.
Hello! Coming from a cosmopolitan family and having grown up and worked in several countries, I developed early on the belief that success depends on cooperation between individuals with different backgrounds and worldviews. This conviction has been reinforced throughout my career, where I’ve managed a wide variety of teams in fast-growing, fast-changing environments.
For over 10 years in leadership positions, I’ve taken on human, operational and financial challenges, experiencing both the pain and the joy of what really enables teams to perform. Having been coached myself made me realize the profound impact of this service, and it was in 2022, when I was setting up coaching for my own teams, that something clicked: I knew I wanted to make it my mission.
After 450 hours of training in individual and team coaching at IFOD, since 2023 I have helped around a hundred managers and their teams to structure their leadership, streamline their collaboration, and maximize their impact far beyond the balance sheet. Today, as a sparring partner to the leaders of European startups, I help my clients to remove their blind spots and fully seize the opportunities that lie ahead.
Because we never see the world as it is, but as we are, my role is to help you broaden your perspective, challenge your certainties and transform these differences into a strategic force for your leadership and your team.

Serendipity ( ser-en-dip-i-ty ): noun, the faculty or phenomenon of discovering valuable or pleasant things without looking for them. Examples: tarte Tatin, cornflakes, post-it notes or matches, among many other discoveries.
Coaching helps reveal unexpected and powerful solutions that lie within individual or team capabilities, going beyond what is initially sought.
